Project Management
This course provides a comprehensive review of the critical processes required to plan, implement and review complex projects. The program includes an extensive review of the knowledge areas of project management, including its essential tools and techniques. Upon completion of this course, participants will be capable of assessing the organizational context of a project and apply the principles of project management, form a structure and equipment suitable for the project and develop a strategy that will lead to effective and efficient planning and execution throughout the life cycle of the project.
